Pennsylvania is facing a teacher shortage crisis. The path forward starts in Harrisburg.

Across the Commonwealth, classrooms are understaffed, students are going without fully qualified teachers, and aspiring educators are being forced to choose between their passion and their financial survival.

That's why fully funding student teacher stipends is a necessity. When we remove financial barriers at the start of a teaching career, we grow the pipeline. When we grow the pipeline, Pennsylvania wins.

Join the PA Needs Teachers coalition and the Student PSEA in calling on state lawmakers to fund the stipend program, invest in our educators, and end the teacher shortage crisis once and for all.
